Monday - Friday: 9am - 9pm
Saturday and Sunday: CLOSED
BEFORE BOOKING:
Before booking any service, please ensure that you’ve read the service description- what’s included, what’s required and the turnaround time for that specific service.
Please ensure that you provide a clear and detailed description of your concept/idea for the service(s). PaigeDesigns will NOT be accepting other designer’s work as a concept/idea.
If you need to submit photos for your service(s), please email them to paigedesignsss@gmail.com (add your name + service in the subject line)
PAYMENTS:
ALL payments must be made through the website or via invoice.
REFUNDS:
Please understand that all payments are FINAL and under no circumstances will a refund be issued.
TURNAROUND TIME:
The turnaround time for EVERY service begins AFTER payment and all information (concept and wording) has been received. Please understand that a lack of information will delay the project’s turnaround time.
If you need your service(s) back faster than the provided turnaround time, you will be required to pay a rush fee of $20.
COMMUNICATION:
Please ensure that all communication is done via EMAIL (paigedesignsss@gmail.com). Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
If the client fails to respond after 10 days, they will be required to pay a $25 restart fee. If the client fails to respond after 20 days, their project will be cancelled and no refund will be issued (at the discretion of the designer).
CLIENT FORMS:
Clients are required to fill out all necessary project forms as soon as possible. Failure to complete the forms will result in a delay in your project’s turnaround time. Your project will NOT begin until you complete the forms.
REVISIONS:
The client is provided with 2 FREE revisions (font change, color change, picture change). Any additional revisions will incur a charge of $20. A redesign (any other changes) will incur a charge of $45.
PORTFOLIO:
ALL designs created by the designer will be used for portfolio purposes as well as showcased on social media (Instagram).
